Call 1 (877) 642-2744 to request a FREE MiCash Companion Card. Then send the Companion Card to a family member or loved one. After the card is received, follow the instructions below to share money:

Enter your 16 digit card number and your passcode.

Select “Funds Transfer”.

Enter the dollar amount and card number of your MiCash Maestro® Companion Card.

Confirm the dollar amount – your money is immediately available on the companion card. |
The companion card can be used at shops and ATMs where the Maestro brand is displayed. MiCash Companion Card usage fees apply.
Maestro Cardholder Agreement
MiCash Prepaid MasterCard card holders can use the funds on their card to pay for the transfer of money to friends and family using Bancomer®, a licensed money transmitter, with a simple call to MiCash Customer Service at 1 (877) 642-2744. A Financial Consultant will:
- Recommend the best destination for your transfer (based on the location of your recipient).
- Perform the money transfer.
- Issue a transfer tracking ID number.
The transfer recipient can then visit the transfer destination to receive the money. The recipient will need to present the transfer tracking ID number and a government issued photo identification.
