The MiCash Classic card was first offered in 2005. As MiCash's first product; the MiCash Classic is a PIN-based ATM and telephone phone card.  It's a re-loadable debit card that can be used at any ATM or merchant location that is part of the PULSE or STAR networks. 

The MiCash Classic card offers all the convenience of a typical debit card, without requiring a bank account.  In addition, MiCash Classic customers can transfer funds from their card to branches of banks in Latin America, India, and the Phillipines.  The MiCash Classic ’s integrated telephony service, allows customers to pay for phone calls directly from the card account.

ATTENTION: MICASH CLASSIC CARDHOLDERS: 

The MiCash Classic Prepaid Card program will terminate on December 31, 2007. NO loads, purchases or withdrawals will be accepted after this date. MiCash is offering a free upgrade to all existing MICASH CLASSIC cardholders. The upgrade is free by calling the toll free number on the back of the MiCash Classic card and pressing 0 for the Operator. There is no charge for the call. Cardmembers should contact MiCash for a refund of the remaining card balance after December 31, 2007.
