Once activated and loaded, your card can be used to make purchases and payments anywhere debit MasterCard is accepted. When you present your card to a cashier and select the "Debit" purchase option, you will be required to enter you PIN code on the terminal keypad. If you select the "Credit" purchase option, the cashier will ask you to sign the receipt.
Purchase amounts are automatically deducted from your card balance. You can continue to use your card until the card balance is depleted.
Note: Be sure to know your card balance before you shop. The merchant or service provider will not be able to retrieve your card balance for you.
Withdraw cash at ATMs where the MasterCard, Cirrus, Pulse and STAR brands are displayed.
1. Insert your card into the ATM.
2. Enter your PIN Code.
3. Select "Checking Account".
4. Follow the instructions on the screen.
Note: The Temporary Card cannot be used for ATM withdrawals. ATM withdrawals can only be performed using an activated Personalized Card.

1. Dial 1-888-589-8488.
2. Choose English or Spanish.
3. Enter your card number followed by "#".
4. Enter your Passcode followed by "#".
5. Enter the phone number you would like to dial.
