Loading your card via direct deposit:

You can load your MiCash Prepaid Visa directly through your employer’s payroll system.  Give a completed copy of the Direct Deposit Authorization Form to your payroll administrator.  Afterward, your employer will automatically transmit your pay to your MiCash Prepaid Visa account.

As an alternative to the Direct Deposit Authorization form, you can provide your employer with your card account number and the following information:

Bank Name: Central National Bank & Trust Company

ABA Routing Number:  103100195

Account Number:  Your card number

Bank Address: 324 West Broadway, Enid, OK 73701.
