How to Have Your Tax Refund Deposited to Your MiCash Card

You will need the following information to have your tax refund directly deposited to your MiCash Card, whether you are filing online, by mail, or by using a local tax preparer:

Account Number: The 16-digit number on the front of your card

Account Type: Checking

This information will be entered on the Refund section of your federal or state income tax form. For example:

  • Federal Form 1040, lines 73a-d
  • Federal Form 1040A, lines 45a-d
  • Federal Form 1040EZ, lines 12a-d
