- information about your transactions with us or others such as card balances and card usage.
MiCash can disclose all of the nonpublic personal information described above, as permitted by law. For example, we may disclose information in response to a request from law enforcement agencies or state regulators. We may also disclose all of the nonpublic personal information to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf. In order to make available to you special products and services, we may enter into arrangements with non-affiliated parties to provide such special offers. We may disclose all of the non-public personal information described above to these parties unless you opt out by requesting us not to make those disclosures. To opt out, call (866) 642-2749. MiCash restricts access to your nonpublic personal information to those employees whom MiCash determines have a legitimate business purpose to access such information in relation to the products and services delivered to you. We reserve the right to modify or supplement this Privacy Policy at any time. By activating your card, you agree that you will review this Privacy Policy at least annually by accessing the MiCash web site (www. micash.net).
Our Web site may be linked to or from third party Websites. MiCash is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of Websites that are linked to or from our Web site.
